00 — Company data licensing

Your company data has value. We help you put it to work safely.

We connect Czech companies with international buyers of AI training data. You pay no brokerage fee, and you stay in control of your data.

  • Documentation
  • SOPs
  • Tickets
  • Knowledge bases
  • Source code
  • Workflows
  • Project history

01 — Why now

Real-world data is scarce.

High-quality public data for AI development is running out. AI developers are now looking for real data on how companies actually operate: documentation, processes, resolved requests and project history.

Most established companies already have this kind of data. Licensing it as AI training data can create a new revenue stream. It is data monetisation without a sale: you stay the owner, and the buyer gets a licence.

02 — How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

We learn what data you have and what you expect. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion.

    30 min · under NDA

  2. 02

    Data assessment and buyer selection

We review the types of data, their scope and your rights to them. We pick a buyer for whom your data makes sense and set up the first meeting.

Data types · rights · buyer

  3. 03

Offer and contract directly with the buyer

The buyer makes the offer. You negotiate and sign the contract directly with them, and you see every term.

    You decide

  4. 04

    Data preparation, handover and payment

You remove or anonymise personal data, and we help with the process. You hand the data straight to the buyer, who pays under the contract.

Who pays us

Our brokerage fee is paid by the data buyer, not by you. The FAQ explains why this is not a conflict of interest. Go to the FAQ

03 — Opportunity catalogue

What’s valuable in your industry.

Find your industry. See what data buyers are interested in and what companies receive for it, as an indication.

04 — Security and data protection

Data under your control.

The process is built so that you make every decision about your data. Nothing is handed over until you have signed a contract you understand.

  • Data never passes through us

You hand it directly to the buyer under your contract with them. We neither store nor forward it.

Who sees the data: only the buyer, per contract

  • NDA before the first detailed call

We discuss your data and processes in detail only after a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

    When: before the detailed call

  • You remove personal data before handover

You remove or anonymise personal data before handing anything over. We help you with the process.

    Who anonymises: your company

  • You keep ownership

The buyer receives a licence to use the data, not ownership. The contract sets the scope of the licence.

    Owner: your company

  • Agreed retention and deletion

The contract sets how long the buyer may keep the data and when it must be deleted.

    Duration: per contract

  • Contract directly with the buyer

The parties are you and the buyer. You see every term, including the price.

    Parties: you and the buyer

05 — Who it’s for

For companies with history.

We most often work with software developers, game studios, manufacturing and engineering firms, healthcare providers (operational and process data only) and professional services firms.

Size
Depends on the industry, typically from a few dozen employees. See the catalogue for details.
History
Several years of operation, with records covering that time.
Digital records
Documentation, tickets, knowledge bases or repositories in digital form.
Data rights
The data is yours, and your client contracts don’t prevent licensing it.

Documentation in English is an advantage, and some buyers require it.

08 — FAQ

What companies ask us.

What does it cost?

You pay nothing for our brokerage. The buyer pays our fee. The only costs on your side are your own time preparing the data and, if you choose, advice from your lawyer.

Why does the buyer pay you? Who do you work for?

The buyer pays us for introducing a suitable partner. But you negotiate the contract and price directly, and you see every term. You sign only if the offer works for you.

Does the data pass through you?

No. You hand it directly to the buyer under your contract with them.

Who buys the data?

International buyers of AI training data: research teams and companies training large AI models. You license them data from which you have removed personal information. Your contract can prohibit resale and publication of the data.

What about GDPR?

You remove or anonymise personal data before handover, and we help with the process. We recommend consulting your lawyer or data protection officer (DPO).

What if the data contains information about our clients?

Check your client contracts and NDAs. Data you are not allowed to share is not handed over. We go through this together during the assessment.

Will our customers’ information be exposed?

You can keep that risk low. You remove personal and customer-identifying information before handover, and we help with the process. In your contract with the buyer, you can require them to delete the original data once processing is complete.

Who owns the data?

You do. The buyer receives a licence, not ownership.

What data are you looking for?

Operational records from the tools your team uses every day: CRM pipelines, support tickets, contracts, invoices, project boards, SOPs, knowledge bases and internal docs, and in some cases source code. Larger teams and longer history generally mean a higher payout.

What about healthcare?

Operational and process documentation only. Patient data is never handed over.

Does the data need to be in English?

English documentation is an advantage and some buyers require it. We assess this on the first call.

How long does it take?

Usually weeks to months from the first call to payment.

How is the payout determined?

The initial estimate is based on your team size, how long you have been in business and your revenue. The final amount depends on the data sources, volume and quality, access terms and the buyer’s due diligence.

How much could we receive?

Indicative maximum amounts by industry are in the catalogue. The actual amount depends on the volume, quality and uniqueness of the data, and may be lower, especially for data not in English. The specific offer comes from the buyer.
