From the contact form: full name, work email, company name, job title, number of employees, industry and your message.

From your visit: anonymous traffic statistics (see Analytics). We set no cookies and build no visitor profiles.

We process form data to respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process anonymous traffic statistics based on our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep form data for the duration of our discussions and no longer than 12 months after our last contact if no cooperation follows. If we work together, we keep it for the term of the contract and any statutory periods.

Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages).

Analytics: PostHog Inc., with data stored in the EU (PostHog Cloud EU, Frankfurt). It runs without cookies, without identifying visitors and without session recording. We never send form field contents to analytics.

Call booking takes place on the website of an external service, {{REZERVACE_SLUZBA}}, which processes data under its own policy.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, including data buyers, without your consent.
